  • Provide support and guidance to team members and assist in the development of investigation procedures and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a claims investigator or in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industries.
  • Strong understanding of claims processes, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in using investigation tools, claims management systems, and standard office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or training in claims investigation are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information and conduct interviews professionally.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
