Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an auditor, preferably within the insurance or financial services industries.
  • Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in Nova Scotia’s insurance and financial services sectors.
  • Proficiency in auditing software, financial management systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
