Role Overview:
As the Store Lead, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and inventory control.
- Lead and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage store performance, including sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, with merchandise displayed according to company standards.
- Train and support new and existing staff, providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking products.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
