- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production processes and workflows.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, production management, or a related field is preferred.
