Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is an asset.
- Proven experience as an Engineer in the transportation sector, with a strong understanding of infrastructure design, construction, and maintenance.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for certification in Manitoba.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively about engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools, including CAD, GIS, and traffic simulation programs.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale transportation projects.
