Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to established recipes and high standards.
- Offer excellent customer service by interacting with guests, taking drink orders, and accommodating special requests or preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including managing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and available.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for both patrons and staff.
- Work closely with the bar and service team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender, with a solid understanding of drink preparation and cocktail recipes.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred but not required.
