Job Description:
As a Web Designer at Websites Web Design, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing website designs that provide an exceptional user experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing website layouts, user interfaces, and navigation that align with client needs and brand guidelines.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
- Collaborating with web developers to ensure the design is effectively implemented and responsive across devices.
- Ensuring websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Conducting usability testing and making design improvements based on user feedback.
- Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset.
