We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Child Care Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain a clean and organized environment for our children and staff.

Job Description:
As a Child Care Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our dayhomes. Your primary duties will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, play areas, restrooms, and common areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Disinfecting toys, furniture, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Assisting with laundry tasks, including washing and folding children's bedding and towels.
• Ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
• Supporting the child care team in setting up and cleaning up after meals and activities.
• Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles is preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• A clean criminal record check, including a vulnerable sector check.
