We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Child Care Worker Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Child Care Worker Assistant, you will support the lead child care workers in providing high-quality care and developmental activities for children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the supervision and safety of children at all times.
• Supporting daily routines, including meal times, naps, and recreational activities.
• Assisting in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
• Assisting with children's personal needs, including hygiene and toileting.
• Encouraging positive behavior and helping with conflict resolution.
• Communicating effectively with children, parents, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a child care or educational setting is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• A valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A clean criminal record check, including a vulnerable sector check.
