Position Overview:
BB Financial Group is seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Mortgage Loan Review Specialist to join our team in New Brunswick. Key Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze applicant financial information, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess loan eligibility.
- Ensure that all required documentation is included and properly executed.
- Identify any discrepancies or potential issues in loan applications and communicate them to the appropriate parties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, underwriting, or loan review.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in mortgage loan software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
