Position Overview:
Oficial Mortgage Strategy Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mobile Mortgage Specialist to join our team in New Brunswick. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering tailored mortgage solutions, and providing expert guidance throughout the home-buying process. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of securing a mortgage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of clients and referral sources, including real estate agents, financial advisors, and builders.
- Conduct client consultations to assess their mortgage needs and provide personalized mortgage solutions.
- Offer expert advice on mortgage products, rates, terms, and payment options.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of Oficial Mortgage Strategy Inc.
- Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities to generate new business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending practices, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client meetings and events.
- Mortgage Agent or Broker License (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
