Position Overview:
Dlife Wellness Solutions is seeking an experienced Audiology Field Trainer to provide training and support to our audiology professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, mentoring new staff, and ensuring the highest standards of practice in audiology services. This role is ideal for an audiology professional with a passion for education and a commitment to advancing the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for audiologists and hearing care professionals.
- Mentor and support new audiology staff, providing guidance on best practices and protocols.
- Conduct field training sessions and workshops, both in-person and remotely.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Stay current with the latest developments in audiology and integrate them into training materials.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for audiology professionals in the field.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Audiology or a related field.
- Certification as an Audiologist (CCC-A or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical audiology, with a focus on training and education.
- Strong knowledge of audiology principles, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Prince Edward Island as required.
