Position Overview:
Emferd Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Wellness Warriors Coordinator to lead our Wellness Warriors program. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating wellness activities, mentoring participants, and ensuring the program's success. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness who enjoys motivating others to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the Wellness Warriors program, including scheduling activities and events.
- Mentor and support program participants, providing guidance on fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
- Develop and implement wellness challenges and initiatives to engage participants.
- Monitor participant progress and provide personalized feedback and encouragement.
- Collaborate with fitness trainers and nutritionists to deliver a comprehensive wellness experience.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and group sessions on various wellness topics.
- Track and report on program outcomes and participant satisfaction.
- Promote the Wellness Warriors program within the community and attract new participants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wellness coordination, fitness training, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and wellness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate participants of all fitness levels.
- Experience in program development and event coordination.
- CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
