Position Overview:
Lensi Activity Centre is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs, providing one-on-one training sessions, and motivating clients to achieve their health and fitness objectives. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness and enjoys helping others improve their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' fitness levels and progress.
• Provide one-on-one training sessions, offering guidance on proper exercise techniques and form.
• Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Monitor and track clients' progress, making adjustments to programs as needed.
• Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment during all training sessions.
• Stay current with the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide the best possible service to clients.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, CanFitPro).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to client success.
