Position Overview:
Olympic Oval is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Client Success to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences, driving client satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This role is pivotal in enhancing our reputation as a leading sports facility and ensuring our clients' needs are met with the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and success.
- Lead and mentor a team of client success professionals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze client feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in client services.
- Manage client success metrics and report on performance to senior leadership.
- Represent Olympic Oval at client meetings, events, and industry functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a client success or account management role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving client success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for sports and a commitment to excellence in client service.
