Job Description: As a Car Driving Instructor at Divine Star Driving Academy, you will be responsible for teaching students the principles of safe and effective driving. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in driver instruction, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual driving lessons for students, focusing on practical driving skills and road safety.
- Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet the needs of each student.
- Assess students’ driving abilities and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Ensure all instruction complies with local traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and lesson outcomes.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to build student confidence.
- Stay current with driving regulations, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other instructors to continuously improve the training program.
Requirements:
- Valid driving instructor certification and license in Ontario.
- Proven experience as a driving instructor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of driving laws, safety practices, and instructional methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students of various skill levels and backgrounds.
- Patience, professionalism, and a commitment to promoting road safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are a plus.
