Job Description: As a Boom Truck Operator at A and B Window and Door, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a boom truck to transport and deliver windows and doors to various job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating boom trucks, a commitment to safety, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maneuver a boom truck to transport and deliver windows and doors to designated locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the boom truck to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Secure loads properly and ensure safe transportation of materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the boom truck.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Boom Truck Operator or similar role.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of boom truck operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
