Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to operate and maintain various types of equipment used in our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment operation, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment used in the production of windows and doors.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Keep accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Equipment Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid equipment operator’s license (if applicable) and relevant certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
