Job Description:
The Cell is looking for a talented Sales Representative to focus on local media sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This full-time position is based in New Brunswick and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local media market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their media needs and objectives.
- Present and promote The Cell’s media solutions and advertising services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively position The Cell’s offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized media solutions for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Track and report on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in media or advertising.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of local media markets and advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
