Job Description:
IT ntek Information Technology is seeking a proactive Junior IT Professional to assist in managing and supporting our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with system administration, and contributing to various IT projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Good understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
