Job Description:
CMN Enterprises Ltd. is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for the role of Farm Worker - Harvesting. The successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks related to the harvesting of crops, ensuring that all produce is handled with care and meets our quality standards. This is a full-time, seasonal position located in British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Harvest crops manually or with the assistance of basic tools.
• Sort, grade, and pack produce according to company specifications.
• Transport harvested crops to storage or processing areas.
• Assist with planting, weeding, and general farm maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other farm-related duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• No formal education is required; experience in farming or agriculture is an asset.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, especially during peak harvest times.
