Job Description:
Dikko Agro is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Harvesting Labourers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the harvesting of various crops, ensuring that produce is handled carefully and efficiently. This is a full-time, seasonal position based in Toronto, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Harvest crops by hand or using basic tools, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Sort and pack produce according to company standards.
• Transport harvested crops to designated areas for further processing or shipment.
• Assist with planting, weeding, and general field maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other farm-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• No formal education is required; previous experience in agriculture or farming is an asset.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends during peak harvest periods.
