Position Overview: The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
