Position Overview: The Human Resource Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to both employees and management on HR matters.
- Design and administer performance management systems to promote a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Provide leadership and development opportunities for the HR team.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, advising on HR implications of business decisions.
- Manage HR budgets and optimize resources to achieve cost-effective HR solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals.
