Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and energy systems, including solar panels, HVAC systems, and related equipment
- Coordinate and supervise a team of technicians and laborers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance
- Ensure all work is performed safely, following company policies and industry regulations
- Assist in planning and scheduling projects, ensuring resources are effectively allocated

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
