Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prime surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth and even finish
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with clients to select color schemes, finishes, and materials that align with their vision
- Execute various painting techniques, including decorative and specialty finishes
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols
- Work closely with the design team to bring creative concepts to life
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, with a portfolio showcasing your work
- Expertise in various painting and decorating techniques, including decorative finishes
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the painting and decorating industry
- A valid driver’s license is preferred
