Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and prime surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish
Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes with precision and expertise
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and recommend appropriate color schemes, materials, and techniques
Execute intricate decorative painting techniques, including faux finishes, murals, and textures
Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standard, meeting both client expectations and company quality guidelines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
Manage time effectively to complete projects within agreed timelines
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Proficiency in a variety of painting and decorating techniques, including specialty finishes
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients and team members
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to painting and decorating
A valid driver’s license is preferred
