Job Description: As a Part-Time Cashier at Watts Up Solar LTD, you will be the face of our retail division, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout. You will handle sales, process payments, and assist customers with their inquiries, all while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases.
• Accurately process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
• Assist with bagging purchases and ensure customers leave the store satisfied.
• Monitor inventory levels at the checkout and request restocks as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is an asset.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in sustainability and renewable energy is a plus.
