Job Description:
Dentek Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee and execute HVAC installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Supervise and mentor junior installers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all installations meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
