Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced O'Connor RV Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on recreational vehicles (RVs). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with RV systems, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on various RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
- Install, service, and repair awnings and other outdoor accessories on RVs.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on RVs to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
- Provide accurate job estimates and detailed reports on repairs and installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of tasks.
- Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and product offerings to provide the best possible service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an RV Service Technician, with a strong understanding of RV systems and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other RV components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Certification or training in RV service and repair is an asset.
