Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Lead Hand to oversee and support our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers to meet daily production targets.
• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with the production manager to plan and schedule work assignments.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the production area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with some supervisory or lead hand experience.
