Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join The BUNTY Bar team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts. Your attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality will ensure that our customers enjoy fresh and delicious baked goods every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes
- Ensure consistency and quality in every batch, adhering to The BUNTY Bar’s standards
- Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, following all health and safety regulations
- Experiment with new recipes and contribute to the development of seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate baking schedules and meet customer demands
- Handle customer orders and special requests with care and attention
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work early mornings and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of flour and other ingredients
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for baking and a desire to continuously learn and improve
