Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Ice Cream Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving customers, preparing a variety of ice cream treats, and ensuring that our shop remains clean and inviting. Your positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction will help make every visit to Sar Laitier Le Frisson a delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
• Serve a variety of ice cream flavors, cones, sundaes, and other frozen treats
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter and seating areas
• Ensure that all products are prepared and presented according to our high standards
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an asset but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
