Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, preparing ice cream treats, and ensuring our shop remains clean and inviting. Your positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction will help make every visit to Dicee Creamonology a delightful one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders
• Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors, sundaes, and other treats
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and seating area
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a great experience for every guest

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service role is an asset but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
