Role Overview:
As an Agent of Insurance and Financial Services, you will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies and financial products to meet their needs. You will provide expert advice, handle client inquiries, and support the overall sales and service efforts of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance and financial services options, providing personalized recommendations based on their individual needs.
- Process new policy applications, renewals, and changes, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and concise information on policies, coverage, and financial products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team through effective client management and service excellence.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance, finance, or related fields are an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
