Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services, is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
