Role Overview:

Your role is critical in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our clients by providing fair and prompt resolutions to their claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process insurance claims submitted by clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
  • Investigate claims by gathering information, speaking with claimants, and consulting with other relevant parties.
  • Determine the validity of claims based on policy terms and conditions, and recommend appropriate settlements.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the claims process, providing updates and answering any questions they may have.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and legal teams to resolve complex claims and disputes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims, decisions, and communications.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, company policies, and best practices related to claims processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in claims processing or a related role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, terms, and claims procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on available information.
  • Proficiency in claims management software and tools, as well as strong computer skills, including Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field; relevant certifications are an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
