Key Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and support to real estate agents, ensuring they meet their sales targets and adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities for growth, and competitive positioning.
- Negotiate high-stakes transactions on behalf of clients, securing the best possible terms and ensuring smooth closings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal real estate laws, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and industry regulations.
- Manage and oversee the brokerage’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in real estate brokerage, with a strong portfolio of successful transactions and a deep understanding of the Winnipeg real estate market.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices in Manitoba.
- Ability to analyze market data and financial reports to make informed business decisions.
- A valid Real Estate Broker’s license in Manitoba is required.
- A degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred; additional certifications or designations (e.g., CRB, CCIM) are an asset.
