Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar role within the real estate or banking industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending processes, products, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate loan options.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing clear guidance.
