- Manage and lead a team of banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Monitor event setups and breakdowns, ensuring that all areas are clean and organized before, during, and after events.
- Handle any issues or special requests from clients with professionalism and promptness.
Qualifications:
