Key Responsibilities:

- Educate and train staff on wine knowledge and service techniques to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Stay updated on wine trends and market developments to continuously refine and improve the wine list.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create memorable wine and food pairings for special events and menu offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of wine varieties, regions, and pairing techniques.
- Relevant certifications or education in sommelier or wine studies are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
