Position Overview:
Neomo Moverse is seeking an experienced and motivated Moving Van Drivers Supervisor to lead and manage our team of moving van drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all moving jobs are completed on time, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple moving projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of moving van drivers, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Schedule and assign jobs to drivers, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
- Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and training as necessary to maintain high standards.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned, and equipped with necessary tools and supplies.
- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during moving operations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, job assignments, and vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational processes and enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of moving operations and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and logistics software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the moving industry.
