Position Overview:
Thala IT Sports & Wellness Clinics is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Director of Customer Success to lead our customer success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. This role is crucial to our mission of delivering unparalleled service in the sports and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and success.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer success managers and professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive optimal services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in customer success initiatives.
- Monitor and report on customer success metrics, providing insights to senior management.
- Represent Thala IT Sports & Wellness Clinics at customer meetings, events, and industry functions.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services to better serve our clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for sports, wellness, and technology, with a commitment to excellence in customer service.
