Position Overview:
Wsenland Leisure Centre is seeking an experienced and driven Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service, fostering strong relationships, and driving long-term satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that client needs are met and that our offerings exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent first impression.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client success metrics.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services to enhance client relationships.
- Represent Wsenland Leisure Centre at client meetings, events, and industry functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Experience in the leisure, recreation, or wellness industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools.
