This role will help us enhance our educational programs by incorporating drama techniques to make learning more interactive and effective.
Job Description: As a Drama Intern at Grounded Driving School, you will work closely with our team to integrate drama and theatrical methods into our driver education programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for drama, creativity, and a desire to contribute to innovative educational experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing drama-based educational activities and workshops for driver training.
- Collaborate with instructors to create engaging scenarios and role-playing exercises that enhance the learning experience.
- Support the design and production of instructional materials that incorporate drama techniques.
- Participate in the delivery of drama-based training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of drama-based methods and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work with students to facilitate their participation in drama-based activities and help them apply lessons to practical driving scenarios.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and interactive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Background in drama, theater, or a related field; experience in educational settings is a plus.
- Strong creativity and the ability to develop engaging drama-based content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and interact effectively with students.
- Passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the learning experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or training in drama or education is preferred.
