We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch General Manager to oversee and drive the success of our branch operations.
Job Description: The Branch General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and support branch staff to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and controlling inventory levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar managerial role in the window and door or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
