Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated ERP & IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting ERP systems and IT infrastructure across the organization. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch technical support and that our systems operate efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain ERP systems to meet business needs.
• Provide end-to-end IT support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and develop solutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of data.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and IT support.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in database management, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
