Position Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Assist in managing employee relations, including addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance appraisals.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Help implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the HR team in various projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and best practices in human resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
