Position Overview: The Process Technician will be responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of our gas processing facilities. This role involves monitoring and optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and safety while adhering to environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control gas processing systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Record and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance process efficiency.
- Participate in safety drills, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role within the energy sector.
- Solid understanding of gas processing operations and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
- Relevant technical certifications or training (e.g., Process Operations).
- Physically fit and able to work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
