Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties
- Prepare and maintain work sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Carry, set up, and dismantle tools, equipment, and materials as required
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
- Perform basic electrical work under supervision, including wiring and mounting of panels
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues during the installation process
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, roofing, or electrical work is an asset, but not required
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A valid driver’s license is preferred
